Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a specialized weekly treatment program for substance abuse and mental health that includes therapeutic treatment for 3 to 5 days a week. This is ideal for individuals who are working or have other obligations that don’t allow for a full-time treatment program. This program option includes 3 hours of group and individual therapy and specialized case management for a minimum of 3 days per week. This is the next step for individuals who have already gone through PHP and are ready for their next phase of treatment. This prepares you to reintegrate back into the workforce and normal day-to-day routines.
